It has never been a better time to break up and forget about make ups. Right now is the time to say fuck the past and the time spent crafting something unstable. This is not a word of spite but rather a word of advice from a clear headed source… me. For me emotions and how we all treated each other only worked so long as the puzzle matched, but whats the point of pushing and forcing a square peg into a round hole. Back to the basics back to the beginning, back to square one.

The week started in a rowdy affair at the purple lounge, where I commenced my new residency at their Tuesday nights. I spun the sounds that fed the crowd a treat. Danna who never comes out finally came out, but so was her current guy-she's-seeing-but-not-really-seeing. She stayed close to the booth trying to figure out what exactly he was doing his behavior was as coy as she had met him. His vicious appetites in bed did not reflect his taunting condescending demeanor. She left furious. In the end I had to reassure her that the real purpose we had wanted to test this mal-flourishing relationship out was to dissect that which made him tick

The next night was La Boum at Bardot It was a hectic time as I was trying to get my drink on while also entertaining a crowd that was expecting the Boho Ladies of Stone Darling, who instead of performing we now Spinning hit after hit of oldies. The crowd this night never looked so attractive. It had been a long time since I saw such an array of a kindred spirits as they fluttered through out the venue. On top of the stress organizing and cocktailing I was also in my nurturing mood as I attempted to lull my friends ex boyfriend in his dismal spiral into depression. Time after time I find myself resorting back to teaching love hopefuls to be as cynical and miserable as me. I wasn't hard as a rock I was just unstable as molten lava...

I got home at 5am and continued to walk around my house and think and think until 7 am as the birds began to chirp and the sky lit dark blue to full sun light. That night I was still in the mood to rage on and fortunately Niko and Kesh were in party mode. I hadn't had so much fun at a party like this, that didn't involve late after parties that were ensured to be 2 am plus events of preexisting intoxication. It was a perfect setting and a perfect mix of bohemian spirits and the hip hop deities of the east side....

With multiple intoxicants in us we all started to free style in the kitchen good times...

The next morning I could truly the repercussions for the rough night before. I decided to take it easy, a trip to Sawtelle lead to a photo shoot as conveniently Ian had a 750 watt light and an array of cameras so we decided to shoot a little since I needed a few pics for upcoming projects... On the way Lo stopped by to say good bye as she was about to set off to Harvard she was Eloise turned Elle Woods..
